  • CNC machining re-sizes and re-shapes of all ports and port windows for optimal air flow (Intake, Exhaust)
  • Polished exhaust for reduced carbon build up
  • Chamfered port windows and cylinder base for longevity
  • CNC Port matched muffler mod (Baffle Delete, Resized Outlet Hole)
  • Decompression delete
    • This saw is a brand new unit ported by Ripsaw.

What to expect...

'Base' Cut - Before/After

Base cuts help set intake, exhaust, and transfer port timing. Compression is also increased as the combustion chamber is reduced.

'Intake'

Intake machine work further sets port timing and maximizes airflow. The port window is then chamfered smooth.

Crazy!!!!

I've ran alot of saws but this thing is crazy. From the throttle response to just the sound of it, its awesome. Well worth the wait.
