Ripsaw is now offering brand new CNC ported cylinder kits available for purchase. CNC porting allows us to maintain the highest quality and repeatable process providing consistent results. This includes the entire top end kit (CNC Ported cylinder, piston and rings and bearings)

Pricing = MSRP of Cylinder + Port Work ($299,$349,$399)

1. Select your cylinder above and complete purchase to receive your order number by email. 

2. If you have a MS201, please provide the serial number of your chainsaw in the notes of your purchase as there is more than 1 cylinder kit for these particular saws.

3. Ripsaw will prepare your order for packaging. Orders placed by 3PM EST will be shipped same day as purchase! Ripsaw will email you tracking information as soon as it is on the way.

4. Install your Ripsaw cylinder as normal - (Port Matched Modded Muffler Required for Optimal Results)

Note: If you are unsure of compatibility, please email info@ripsaw.shop with your serial number. RS572 cylinder kits need intake housing modifications in order to sit flat properly. Please let us know if you need us to provide an intake housing.

 
Ripsaw CNC Modifications Include:
  • CNC Cylinder machine work (Base cut & Squish cut) for increased compression
  • Re-size and re-shape of all ports and port windows for optimal air flow (intake, exhaust, upper and lower transfers)
  • Polished exhaust for reduced carbon build up
  • Chamfered port windows and cylinder base for longevity
  • Decompression delete
