Best felling saw

Best felling saw on the market. Great on fuel, and pull 36” full house like it’s a 20. Every faller in my area that has tried it now wants one. I’ve worked this saw for over a year now I’ve waited to give this review. Very strong saw. Zero issues. These gentleman know how to build a work saw.

Blacked Out Stihl 661

I needed a more powerful saw than my Husqvarna 460 to fall, and cut bigger timber, so I started looking at the bigger huskys and stihls online and stumbled upon ripsaw. I bought the blacked out Stihl 661. This saw is absolutely amazing and worth it! Aside from the compliments on its looks, the timber fallers in the park love the sound and can tell it is Mean. I have been falling and cutting 36" - 38" wide 100ft tall white furs and pines with a 36" bar and this thing just rips through these trees. Ripsaw has this 661 dialed in perfect! I'm at 5100 ft Elevation in Northern California and the saw runs amazing.

This 661 was knocked out the park. It’s everything I wanted in this 661. It’s mean, powerful, and feels good. Revs up quick and nothing will make it bog. I know there a lot of good porters out there but I won’t have any of my saws ported elsewhere. Glad I found these guys at Ripsaw. Awesome professional work with lifelong support. What more can you ask for !? Looking forward to my next Ripsaw 🇺🇸

Best tree felling saw

We purchased both the 500i and the 661 ripsaw for logging. The 500i made its way to our yard crew because it’s easy to start and they don’t use it daily so it nice to have an easy to start big saw when they need it. The 661 is the perfect logging saw. RIPSAW completely woke this saw up from stock. 661 out of the box is a little sluggish, not anymore!! We will be purchasing many more! Thanks guys!
