If u wanna saw running to its full potential, send it to ripsaw . 500i runs great stock, but have ripsaw do there thing to it, and wow ! The echo 2511 is the greatest climber saw .

Was looking to upgrade my chain saw for bigger trees & buck standing up. Found the 572XP fit what I needed. Talked to Jared (real nice guy) Got the 572XP (not ported) with wrap handle kit & 28" light bar full chisel chain. I never used the full chisel chain before. But Jared said try it & he could order the semi if I wanted. Works great like he said. Starts in 3 pulls cold. Now no more bending over/kneeing on the ground to buck logs. Should have done this 30yrs ago. Took 1/3 the time to buck a tree standing than bending/kneeing/crawling to old way wow. Big Shout out to Buckin' Billy Ray for all of his info & leading me to Ripsaw.

Bought a 592xpg from these folks. I accidentally clicked the wrong button on chain length for the bar I was buying. They noticed, called, fixed it and shipped my saw right out. I will absolutely be using these guys again in the future.

Husqvarna 572XP Chainsaw

Super nice product and very fast delivery.

I called a ton of times before I mailed in my saw to see what I was getting into and the guys there always answered or promptly called me back. They spent hours on the phone with me over the numerous calls giving me great advice and helping me decide which route to go. They ported a 462 for me that I recently received and am excited to try out this weekend.

I ordered a 20" bar, a couple of 24" chains, and a full wrap handle for my Husqvarna 562 XP Mark II. I already had a 24 inch bar and some 20 inch chains so my order was correct for what I wanted. I got a call from RIPSAW asking if I was sure I had made the correct order as the chain and bar sizes of my order did not match. I laughed and told Jared that he was way to good at his job and that it was in fact correct. Everything showed up in a timely manner and in good condition.
