Ripsaw is now offering brand new ported cylinders available for purchase. This includes the entire top end kit (Ported cylinder, piston and rings and bearings)

Pricing = MSRP of Cylinder + Port Work ($299,$349,$399)

3. Ripsaw will tag your cylinder kit with your order number and it will go in line for modifications. When your order number is up, we will begin the port work. Once the engine work is completed, Ripsaw will email you return tracking information as soon as it is on the way.

4. Install your Ripsaw cylinder as instructed

Ripsaw Modifications Include:

Cylinder machine work (Base cut & Squish cut) for increased compression
Re-size and re-shape of all ports and port windows for optimal air flow (intake, exhaust, upper and lower transfers)
Polished exhaust for reduced carbon build up
Chamfered port windows and cylinder base to deburr for longevity
Decompression delete
