Ripsaw Modifications Include:
  • CNC Cylinder machine work (Squish Cut + Base Cut) for increased compression
  • CNC machining re-sizes and re-shapes of all ports and port windows for optimal air flow (Intake, Exhaust)
  • Polished exhaust for reduced carbon build up
  • Chamfered port windows and cylinder base for longevity
  • CNC Port matched muffler mod (Baffle Delete, Resized Outlet Hole)
  • Decompression delete
  • Computer recalibration

Love it

My Ripsaw 261 with a 20 inch bar is my new favorite. Very smooth running saw. Lightweight and powerful . Exactly what I wanted from this saw for climbing and chunking down.

Made a good saw a lot better

The Stihl Ms 262c saw is a good saw for New Mexico piñon and cedar. The trees are not that big usually so a 20” bar is good. But the ported saw I got from y’all really makes the sawing a lot easier, it just chew’s those trees up. Thanks for the great saw

The weight to power ratio is amazing! Its lighter than a MS291 and has more power. this saw runs and sounds great. What a great company to work with that is putting out fantastic products. Thank you RIPSAW!
